1. 앱이 수집하지 않는 것

2. 앱이 기기에 저장하는 것 (로컬)

게임 진행 이력: 매일의 선택(불 지키기/사냥/거처 세우기/집회)을 SharedPreferences에 저장해, 앱 재실행 시 진행 상태를 복원합니다.
앱 언어 설정: 한국어·English·中文·日本語 중 선택한 언어를 SharedPreferences에 저장합니다.
튜토리얼 표시 여부: 첫 실행 튜토리얼이 노출되었는지 플래그 하나를 저장합니다.
위 데이터는 모두 기기 내부에만 존재하며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱 삭제 또는 앱 데이터 지우기로 모두 삭제됩니다.

3. 광고 및 제3자 SDK

앱은 화면 하단에 Kakao AdFit 배너 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다.
광고 SDK는 광고 송출 및 측정을 위해 Android 광고 ID(Advertising ID) 및 기본 기기·광고 이벤트 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
Google Play 정책에 따라 com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID 권한을 선언합니다. Android 13 이상에서는 사용자가 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 초기화하거나 개인 맞춤 광고를 비활성화할 수 있습니다.
광고 관련 데이터는 Kakao(주)의 개인정보 처리 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.

4. 네트워크 권한

6. 데이터 보유 및 삭제

로컬 게임 데이터(진행 이력·언어·튜토리얼 플래그)는 사용자가 앱 데이터를 지우거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 기기에 남아 있습니다.
앱 내 "설정 → 여정 초기화"를 통해 진행 이력을 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다.
광고 SDK가 수집한 이벤트 데이터의 보관 및 삭제는 각 SDK 제공사의 정책을 따릅니다.

7. 보안

로컬 저장소는 Android 시스템이 제공하는 앱 샌드박스 내에 위치하며, 동일 기기 내 다른 앱이 직접 접근할 수 없습니다.

160 Days: Rules of the Island — Privacy Policy (English)

Effective date: April 22, 2026

160 Days: Rules of the Island (the "App") is an Android narrative survival-simulation game published by 낮해달밤 (Nathaedalbam) (legal name: Kim Kyungmin, email: formin97@gmail.com) on Google Play under the package com.formin.islandrules160. The App stores game progress only on the user's device and does not require any account or login.

Data the App does not collect

No name, phone number, email, address, or payment information.
No camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, call log, or location access.
No photo, audio, or video media access.

Data stored locally on the device

Daily focus choices (to restore progress on next launch).
Selected UI language (ko / en / zh / ja).
A single flag indicating whether the first-run tutorial has been shown.
All of the above are stored in SharedPreferences on the device and never uploaded. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app removes them.

Advertising & third-party SDKs

The App may display a banner advertisement at the bottom of the screen via Kakao AdFit.
The advertising SDK may process the Android Advertising ID and basic device / ad-event information for ad delivery and measurement.
The App declares the com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permission as required by Google Play policy. On Android 13+, users may reset their Advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertising in system settings.
Advertising-related data is handled according to Kakao Corp.'s privacy policy.

Network permissions

INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: used only for loading Kakao AdFit banners and checking connectivity. The App operates no backend server of its own.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. Its narrative includes mature survival-drama themes (fear, violent ritual, collapse of order). Content rating on Google Play reflects this.

Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on the device until the user clears app data or removes the app.
Users can immediately erase their game history via Settings → Reset campaign inside the App.
