This policy covers MoaRoutine through version 1.3.1. Routine and study data is stored locally by default. Optional AI sends only the passage you confirm to your chosen provider. You control file imports, Google Drive connections, exports, and support messages.

파일 선택과 Google Drive
시스템 파일 선택기에서 사용자가 선택한 자료만 읽어 로컬 사본을 만듭니다. 파일 선택기에 표시되는 클라우드 공급자와 선택적 직접 Google Drive 연결에는 해당 공급자의 정책이 적용됩니다. 직접 Drive 연결은 Google 인증과 사용자가 허용한 접근 권한으로 파일을 찾고 선택한 자료를 읽습니다. 선택 권한을 전체 기기 저장소 접근으로 사용하지 않습니다. 원본 갱신은 새 내용을 확인한 뒤 확정하는 동작이며 여러 기기의 복습 상태를 자동 동기화하지 않습니다.
선택적 AI와 인증 정보
로컬 카드 작성·초안 생성·복습은 외부 AI 없이 동작합니다. 사용자가 AI 제공자, 모델과 연결 정보를 설정하고 전송을 확인한 경우에만 선택한 원문 구간과 생성 요청을 해당 제공자에게 보냅니다. 제공자의 개인정보 처리·보관 정책과 비용이 적용될 수 있습니다. 응답은 사용자가 검토할 초안으로 표시합니다. API 키와 연결 인증 정보는 기기에 보관하며 CSV 등 기록 내보내기에 포함하지 않습니다. AI 키 삭제와 Drive 연결 해제는 연결 설정에서 관리합니다.
음성·문자 인식과 권한
자료를 듣는 기능은 기기의 텍스트 음성 변환 서비스를 사용하며, 음성 데이터의 설치와 이용 가능 여부는 기기 설정에 따릅니다. OCR은 가져온 이미지의 텍스트를 추출하며 언어 모델을 준비할 수 있습니다. 모델이나 음성 데이터 다운로드와 원문 외부 전송은 같은 동작이 아닙니다. 사용자의 음성을 녹음하지 않으며 GPS 위치, 카메라, 마이크, 연락처 권한을 사용하지 않습니다. 사용자가 고른 사진·문서는 학습 자료로 처리합니다. 화면 꺼짐 재생에는 미디어 서비스와 알림을 사용합니다.
Google ML Kit은 이미지와 인식 결과를 기기에서 처리하고, 진단·사용량 정보와 설치 식별자를 HTTPS로 Google에 전송합니다. ML Kit 데이터 안내.
광고와 업데이트
광고가 설정된 실제 기기 배포에서는 Kakao AdFit이 광고 식별자와 기기·네트워크 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 광고가 비활성화된 버전은 광고를 요청하지 않습니다. 학습 원문·답안·복습 이력을 광고 SDK에 보내지 않으며 학습 중에는 광고 표시를 억제합니다. Google Play 업데이트는 Google Play 서비스가 처리합니다.
AdFit은 광고 ID, IP 주소, 광고 이용 정보를 광고·분석에 사용하고 광고 파트너와 공유할 수 있습니다. IP 주소 등으로 추정한 대략적인 지역이 광고 제공에 사용될 수 있습니다. Android 설정에서 광고 ID를 삭제할 수 있습니다. Kakao 광고·보관·차단 안내.
CSV와 지원 문의
사용자가 내보내기와 저장 위치를 선택할 때만 Android 시스템 파일 선택기를 통해 루틴 기록 또는 별도의 학습 기록 CSV를 만듭니다. 선택한 위치가 외부·클라우드 저장소이면 해당 서비스의 정책이 적용됩니다. 사용자가 지원 이메일을 직접 보낼 때만 이메일 제공업체가 그 문의를 처리합니다. 필요한 범위를 넘어 원문이나 비밀 키를 문의에 포함하지 않도록 주의해 주세요.
보관과 삭제
기록은 사용자가 삭제할 때까지 기기에 남으며 Android 자동 클라우드 백업과 기기 전송에서 제외합니다. 자료별 삭제, 학습 데이터 삭제, 전체 기록 삭제는 앱에서 안내한 범위의 로컬 사본·카드·이력·임시 파일을 삭제합니다. Android 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제할 수도 있습니다. Drive 등 외부 원본과 내보낸 CSV는 삭제하지 않으며 사용자가 별도로 관리합니다. AI 제공자가 이미 처리한 데이터의 보관·삭제에는 해당 제공자의 정책과 관리 절차가 적용됩니다.
The app stores routine names and repeat days, completion dates and times, focus sessions and timer state, daily notes, and language and theme settings in app-only storage. Study features also store files and images you import, extracted source text, cards, answers and drafts, review ratings and sessions, source references, and playback positions. This information supports the routines, study, records, and playback recovery you choose. Core features work without an account or external AI.
File selection and Google Drive
The system file picker reads only the material you select and creates a local copy. Cloud providers shown in the picker and the optional direct Google Drive connection are subject to their own policies. Direct Drive access uses Google authorization and your granted access to find files and read selected material. Selecting a file does not grant access to all device storage. A source refresh is confirmed after you review its new content; it does not automatically synchronize review progress between devices.
Optional AI and credentials
Local card creation, draft generation, and review work without external AI. Only after you configure an AI provider, model, and connection and confirm sending does the app send the selected source passage and generation request to that provider. Its privacy, retention, and pricing policies may apply. Results are drafts for you to review. API keys and connection credentials remain on the device and are not included in exported records. You can remove the AI key and disconnect Drive in connection settings.
Speech, text recognition, and permissions
Reading uses the device text-to-speech service; installed voices and availability depend on device settings. OCR extracts text from imported images and may prepare language models. Downloading a model or voice is different from sending source content to an external service. The app does not record your voice or use GPS location, camera, microphone, or contacts permissions. Photos and documents you select are processed as study material. Screen-off playback uses a media service and notification.
Google ML Kit processes images and results on-device and sends diagnostics, usage metrics and installation identifiers to Google over HTTPS. ML Kit data disclosure.
Advertising and updates
On physical release devices with advertising configured, Kakao AdFit may process an advertising identifier and device or network information. Versions with ads disabled do not request ads. Study source text, answers, and review history are not sent to the advertising SDK, and advertising is suppressed during study. Google Play services handle app updates.
AdFit may use advertising IDs, IP addresses and ad interactions for advertising and analytics and share them with advertising partners. An approximate region inferred from an IP address or similar information may be used to deliver ads. You can delete the advertising ID in Android settings. Kakao advertising, retention and controls.
CSV export and support
Only when you choose export and a location does the Android system file picker create a routine-record CSV or a separate study-record CSV. The policy of any external or cloud storage you select applies. Your email provider processes a support message only when you choose to send it. Include only the source content needed for your request and never include secret keys.
Retention and deletion
Records remain on your device until you delete them and are excluded from Android automatic cloud backup and device transfer. Deleting a material, study data, or all records removes the local copies, cards, history, and temporary files named in that action. You can also delete app data in Android settings. Original source files in Drive or another provider and exported CSV files are not deleted; you manage them separately. Data already processed by an AI provider is subject to that provider’s retention and deletion policies and controls.

Chọn tệp và Google Drive

AI tùy chọn và thông tin xác thực
Tạo thẻ, tạo bản nháp và ôn tập trên thiết bị không cần AI bên ngoài. Quảng cáo và cập nhật
Trên thiết bị phát hành thực tế có cấu hình quảng cáo, Kakao AdFit có thể xử lý mã quảng cáo và thông tin thiết bị hoặc mạng. Phiên bản tắt quảng cáo không gửi yêu cầu quảng cáo. Nội dung gốc, câu trả lời và lịch sử ôn tập không được gửi đến SDK quảng cáo; quảng cáo được hạn chế hiển thị trong khi học. Dịch vụ Google Play xử lý cập nhật ứng dụng.
AdFit có thể dùng mã quảng cáo, địa chỉ IP, tương tác để quảng cáo, phân tích và chia sẻ với đối tác. Khu vực gần đúng suy ra từ địa chỉ IP hoặc thông tin tương tự có thể được dùng để phân phối quảng cáo. Bạn có thể xóa mã quảng cáo trong cài đặt Android. Quảng cáo, lưu giữ và kiểm soát Kakao.
Xuất CSV và hỗ trợ
Chỉ khi bạn chọn xuất và nơi lưu, trình chọn tệp Android mới tạo CSV bản ghi thói quen hoặc CSV lịch sử học riêng. Chính sách của nơi lưu ngoài hoặc đám mây bạn chọn sẽ áp dụng. Nhà cung cấp email chỉ xử lý thư hỗ trợ khi bạn chủ động gửi. Chỉ đính kèm phần nội dung gốc cần thiết cho yêu cầu và không gửi khóa bí mật.
Lưu giữ và xóa

Xóa tài liệu, dữ liệu học hoặc toàn bộ bản ghi sẽ xóa bản sao, thẻ, lịch sử và tệp tạm được nêu trong thao tác đó. Bạn cũng có thể xóa dữ liệu ứng dụng trong cài đặt Android.
