사용자가 동의하고 학습을 시작하면 카메라로 얼굴과 자세를 기기에서 분석합니다. 일정 시간 지속된 미집중 추정 구간의 영상은 소리 없이 앱 내부 저장소에 저장합니다. 얼굴 영상, 눈·자세 분석 결과와 학습 기록을 개발자 서버에 전송하지 않습니다. 얼굴 신원을 식별하거나 얼굴 인증용 템플릿을 만들지 않습니다. 마이크, 위치, 연락처를 요청하지 않습니다.
기록은 사용자가 학습 기록에서 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지우거나 앱을 제거할 때 삭제됩니다. 기록을 삭제하면 연결된 영상도 삭제합니다. 1.2.3부터 영상 재생 화면에서 영상을 하나씩 삭제할 수 있습니다. 학습 기록은 자동 클라우드 백업에서 제외됩니다.
1.2.3부터 사용자가 영상 재생 화면에서 공유를 누르고 확인한 경우에만, 해당 영상 파일 하나를 Android 공유 화면에서 사용자가 고른 앱(메신저, SNS 등)에 전달합니다. 전달 후에는 그 앱과 서비스의 정책에 따라 처리되며, 집중온은 공유된 사본을 삭제하거나 회수할 수 없습니다. 집중온은 공유 과정에서도 영상을 개발자 서버나 광고 SDK로 전송하지 않습니다. 저장 공간이 부족하면 새 녹화를 중단하고 화면에 안내합니다.
Google ML Kit는 이미지와 분석 결과를 기기에서 처리하지만 기기 및 앱 정보, 설치 식별자, SDK 설정·성능·오류와 같은 진단 정보를 Google에 HTTPS로 전송할 수 있습니다. 자세한 사항은 ML Kit 데이터 공개, Google 개인정보처리방침 및 ML Kit 이용약관에서 확인할 수 있습니다. Google Play 업데이트 API는 Play 설치 및 업데이트 확인에 사용됩니다.
1.1.0부터 홈·학습 기록·요약·설정 화면 아래쪽의 별도 영역에 Kakao AdFit 배너 광고를 표시합니다. 자세 보정, 학습 측정, 영상 재생 화면에는 광고를 표시하지 않습니다. 1.0.0에는 광고 SDK와 광고 요청이 없습니다.
광고 제공과 측정을 위해 앱에 포함된 Kakao AdFit SDK가 광고 식별자(ADID), 기기 정보(모델·OS 버전 등), 네트워크 정보(IP 주소 등), 광고 노출·클릭 등 광고 관련 행태정보를 주식회사 카카오에 HTTPS로 전송할 수 있습니다. 카카오는 이 정보를 광고 제공, 맞춤형 광고, 광고 성과·통계 분석과 부정 이용 방지에 사용하고 광고 파트너에게 제공할 수 있으며, IP 주소로 대략적인 지역이 추정될 수 있습니다. 카메라 영상, 녹화 영상, 얼굴·자세 분석 결과와 학습 기록은 광고 SDK에 전달하지 않습니다.
Android 설정의 광고 ID 메뉴에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정해 맞춤형 광고를 제한할 수 있습니다. 맞춤형 광고를 제한해도 일반 광고는 표시될 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 카카오 맞춤형 광고 안내와 카카오 개인정보 처리방침을 확인할 수 있습니다. 카카오가 처리한 광고 정보의 보관·삭제는 카카오의 정책을 따릅니다.
카메라 권한은 미리보기, 분석, 녹화에 사용합니다. 1.2.4부터 소리 모드는 설정에서 직접 고르며 기본값은 ‘디바이스 설정에 따름’으로, 이때 집중온은 기기의 소리 설정을 바꾸지 않습니다. 무음·진동·소리를 고르면 앱을 열 때와 학습을 시작하거나 다시 시작할 때 그 모드로 바꾸며(기기에 따라 무음은 방해 금지 모드를 함께 켤 수 있습니다), 알림 정책 접근은 이 전환에 필요할 때만 사용합니다. 앱 종료 시 기존 소리 설정을 자동으로 복원하지 않습니다. 1.2.3 이하에서는 앱 실행과 학습 시작 시 무음 모드로 전환했습니다. 카메라 권한이나 알림 정책 접근은 Android 설정에서 철회할 수 있습니다. 1.2.0부터 학습을 시작하면 다른 앱으로 이동하거나 화면이 잠겨도 사용자가 일시 중지하거나 학습을 마칠 때까지 기기 안에서 관찰과 소리 없는 녹화가 계속되며, 이를 위해 카메라 유형의 포그라운드 서비스를 실행하고 진행 중 알림을 표시합니다. 알림 권한은 이 진행 중 알림 표시에만 사용합니다. 백그라운드에서도 카메라 영상과 분석 결과는 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 1.1.0 이하에서는 앱이 백그라운드로 이동하면 학습과 녹화가 일시정지됩니다.

With your consent, FocusOn processes camera frames and study posture on your device. Sustained distraction signs can trigger silent video clips stored in private app storage. The developer does not receive your camera images, face analysis results, or study records. No face identification templates are created. No microphone, location or contacts permission is requested.
Delete a session in Study history to delete its recordings. From version 1.2.3 you can also delete clips one by one on the playback screen. From version 1.2.3, only when you tap Share on a clip and confirm, that single clip file is handed to the app you pick in the Android share sheet (for example a messenger or social app); after that, that app’s and service’s policies apply and FocusOn cannot delete or recall the shared copy. Sharing never sends clips to the developer’s server or the ad SDK. Clearing app data or uninstalling also removes records. App data is excluded from automatic cloud backup. Recording stops when storage is insufficient.
Google ML Kit may transmit device/app information, installation identifiers, SDK configuration, performance and error diagnostics over HTTPS. It processes face images and results on the device. From version 1.1.0, Kakao AdFit banner ads appear in a separate area at the bottom of the home, history, summary and settings screens; there are no ads during calibration, study monitoring or clip playback. Version 1.0.0 contains no advertising SDK. To deliver and measure ads, the Kakao AdFit SDK may send the advertising ID, device information (such as model and OS version), network information (such as IP address) and ad impressions and clicks to Kakao Corp. over HTTPS. Kakao may use this information for ad delivery, personalized ads, ad performance and fraud prevention, share it with ad partners, and infer an approximate region from the IP address. Camera images, clips, face or posture analysis and study records are never passed to the ad SDK. You can delete or reset the advertising ID in Android settings to limit personalized ads; non-personalized ads may still appear. See Kakao personalized ads information and the Kakao privacy policy.
Camera permission supports preview, analysis and video. From version 1.2.4 you choose the sound mode in Settings. The default, Follow device setting, leaves your phone’s sound setting untouched. If you choose Silent, Vibrate or Sound, the app switches to that mode when it opens and when a study starts or resumes (on some phones Silent also turns on Do Not Disturb), using notification policy access only when the switch needs it. The app does not automatically restore the previous sound setting on exit. Version 1.2.3 and earlier switched to silent mode on launch and at study start. Revoke permissions in Android settings. From version 1.2.0, once you start a study session, on-device monitoring and silent recording continue while you switch apps or the screen is locked, until you pause or finish; a camera-type foreground service runs with an ongoing notification for this, and notification permission is used only to show that notice. Camera images and analysis results are never sent to a server, including in the background. In 1.1.0 and earlier, study and recording pause when the app is backgrounded.
